Big Picture

A UK sales and marketing agency for tech companies whose brand looked older than the work it did. A new identity, website and brand film brought them back up to date.

The challenge

Where they were

Big Picture helps tech companies sell more, with field teams, data, digital content and creative work. Its own brand hadn’t kept up: the look was dated and the website didn’t show the full range of services. Everyone knew it, but nobody had made the case to fix it.

What they needed

A brand that looks as current as the tech companies it works for, and a website that helps a busy marketing manager understand quickly what Big Picture does and why to call.

What I did

Made the case first

I researched how competitors presented themselves, then wrote the business case for a full refresh and got it signed off. The direction came from that research, not from taste.

A brand built for screens

A simple, iconic logo that works at small sizes, on a dark base with colour gradients that signal innovation. A style guide keeps everything consistent across the team.

A website planned around the client

I mapped the journey a marketing manager takes, from first visit to enquiry, and organised every page around it. Then I built the site on WordPress and Elementor, so the team can update it themselves.

Help on every page

An AI assistant answers common questions and points visitors to the right service, and a smarter search finds the right content even when people don’t use the exact words.

A film that does the selling

I scripted, animated and edited a short brand film. It ran as a paid social ad and gave the new brand a face.

The result

An agency that finally looks like the partner tech companies are hiring.

  • A brand and website that match the tech companies Big Picture works for.
  • Visits and engagement on the website grew in the months after launch.
  • The film brought in new enquiries directly, and showed existing clients services they didn’t know Big Picture offered.
  • A style guide and client journey that made pitching to new enterprise clients easier.
